Integral Europe was the Cambridge-based arm of Integral Inc, a consultancy focussed on Innovation Management, with strong academic links to MIT, Harvard, Stanford and other major schools.
At Integral, I was a consultant working as part of small teams of 2-6 people at blue-chip clients in Europe and the US, including banking, healthcare and microprocessor manufacture. I also devised and led the development of software to improve the capture and analysis of development project information for portfolio management decision-making.

Yeoman were developing navigation technology for motorists to be able to dial into a service and gain directions which took into account real-time traffic and disruption data, and used text-to-speech tools to deliver directions to the driver via their mobile phone.
I led the software development team that built the software to drive the system, including telephony, mapping and direction finding, account management and text-to-speech.
